Your collection lives on your device and your private iCloud. To improve photo-based dial reading, measurements not intended to identify you may be sent to our secure server.
Your collection, on your device
Watches, photos, measurements and history are stored locally and, if you enable it, synced through your private iCloud account (CloudKit). We have no access to your iCloud content.
Improving recognition
To improve the accuracy of photo-assisted entry, measurement data (e.g. readings and deviations) may be sent to our secure infrastructure (Supabase). This data is not intended to identify you personally.
Anonymous purchase analytics
We collect aggregated, anonymous purchase events (e.g. trial started, subscription purchased) to understand Premium usage. No personal identifier is attached.
Purchases
Premium is handled by the App Store through StoreKit. Payment details are processed by Apple; we never have access to them.
No ads, no tracking
TickTracer contains no ads, no third-party trackers and no behavioral analytics. No data is ever sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Most of your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud. You can view, edit or delete it at any time from within the app, and erase everything by removing the app and its iCloud data. For any data request (GDPR), please contact us.
