Terms of Use
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS apps published by Tipiweb (ApiKeeper, TickTracer, KTMechanic) and of the tipiweb.net website. By downloading or using any of these apps, you agree to these Terms.
License (EULA)
Unless stated otherwise, our apps are licensed to you — not sold — under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Subscriptions and payments
Some apps offer premium features through an auto-renewable subscription. The following terms apply:
- The title, length and price of each subscription are shown in the app and on the App Store before any purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically, at its price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- When a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited if you purchase a paid subscription before the trial ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your Apple device.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Tipiweb never has access to your payment information. Any refunds are subject to Apple’s policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse, decompile, disassemble or attempt to circumvent the apps’ protections, nor to use them for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The apps, their code, graphics, names and logos are the exclusive property of the publisher. Third-party trademarks mentioned (in particular KTM) belong to their respective owners; Tipiweb is neither affiliated with, partnered with, nor endorsed by these brands. See the legal notice.
Availability and warranty
The apps are provided "as is", without warranty of being error-free or continuously available. Some features rely on third-party services (such as the App Store, iCloud or a data API) that may change or become unavailable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the apps. Technical information (maintenance, parts, references) is provided for guidance only and does not replace professional advice.
Changes
These Terms may be updated. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the apps after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing law
Any dispute relating to the use of the Tipiweb apps or website is subject to French law.
